Winoswin

Nero d’Avola is the most famous red wine produced in Sicily. The name of this vine comes from the color of its berries (black) and its origins (Avola, a small town in the province of Syracuse). Winoswin has a deep and intense ruby red color. It is characterized by a penetrating and fruity bouquet of marasca and raspberry, it presents balanced spices and vanilla. The taste is rich, full and velvety, full-bodied and persistent, with typical austere but pleasant tannins.

Vinification: 10 days maceration with marcs and fermentation at controlled temperature

Ageing: 3 months in steel and 1 month in bottle

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.
